The app
NowAgain 是一款本地个人工具，用于记录日常事件上次完成的时间。它不是任务管理器、提醒服务、账号服务或云备份服务。NowAgain is a local personal tool for recording when everyday events were last completed. It is not a task manager, reminder service, account service, or cloud backup service.

License
在遵守本协议的前提下，用户获得一项有限、非排他、不可转让、可撤销的许可，可依照 Apple 适用条款在其拥有或控制的 Apple 品牌设备上，为个人非商业目的使用 NowAgain。Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NowAgain for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's applicable terms.

Your local data
用户应对输入的信息和设备安全负责。App 没有账号、服务器端恢复或云同步服务。删除事件或 App 可能会永久移除本地存储的信息；能否恢复取决于用户自己的设备备份设置。You are responsible for the information you enter and for protecting your device. The app has no account, server-side recovery, or cloud-sync service. Deleting an event or the app can permanently remove locally stored information, and restoration depends on your own device backup settings.

Not for urgent, medical, or safety-critical use
NowAgain 不提供医疗、健康、照料、紧急或专业建议。它不发送提醒，也不保证某个事件会在特定时间显示。不得将它用于用药、紧急响应、儿童或被照料者安全，或任何遗漏行动可能造成伤害的情形。需要时请寻求合格的专业人士或紧急服务帮助。NowAgain does not provide medical, health, caregiving, emergency, or professional advice. It does not send reminders or guarantee that any event will be shown at a particular time. Do not rely on it for medication, emergency response, child or dependent safety, or any situation where a missed action could cause harm. Seek qualified professional or emergency help when needed.

Acceptable use
用户应合法使用 NowAgain。除适用法律明确允许外，不得尝试干扰、反向工程或滥用 App，也不得使用 App 侵犯他人权利。Use NowAgain lawfully. Except where applicable law expressly permits it, do not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or misuse the app, and do not use it to violate another person's rights.

Availability and updates
App 可能会更新、变更、暂停或停止提供。设备兼容性和 App Store 更新取决于 Apple 与用户的设备。如果本地记录对用户很重要，用户应保持有效备份。The app may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Device compatibility and access to App Store updates are subject to Apple and your device. Keep a current backup if your local records are important to you.

Changes to these terms
当 App 或法律要求发生变化时，发布方可能更新本协议。当前版本应同时在 App 内和 App Store 产品页面的条款链接中提供。在法律允许的情况下，变更生效后继续使用 App 即表示用户接受更新后的条款。The publisher may update these terms when the app or legal requirements change. The current version should be available both in the app and at the terms link on the App Store product page. Where permitted by law, continuing to use the app after an effective update means that you accept the updated terms.
